The City of Jefferson Wastewater Dept. will be conducting smoke tests on sanitary sewers July 5 and 6. The area of the smoke test will be in the 400 block of East State Street. This test may affect the area of North Chestnut from Lincolnway to Adams, East Adams from Chestnut to Cedar, North Cedar from Adams to Lincolnway and East Lincolnway from Cedar to Chestnut
