Pied Pipers Preschool Program
The Jefferson Park and Recreation Department offers a preschool program for 3 to 5 yr old children. Our mission is to provide fun, educational experiences to encourage each child’s independence and readiness to learn. The Iowa Department of Human Services licenses the preschool.
Join us at the Greene County Community Center and enjoy our fenced in outdoor playground area.

Time: Wednesday & Friday, or Tuesday & Thursday mornings 9 - 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30 - 3 p.m. (older class)
Monday classes will be optional for morning and afternoon classes

Fee: $40/month 2 days/week
$60/month 3 days/week
$80 month 4 days/week

Age: Reliably toilet trained and child turns 3 by Sept. 15, 2006 for younger class or child turns 4 by Sept. 15, 2006 for older class

Note: Registration forms are available at the Jefferson Park and Recreation Department office located in the Greene County Community Center, or call 515-386-3412 or email Sarah Erickson at piedpipers@netins.net. Parents will be contacted by August with more information.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
All registrations must have a completed registration form and signed waiver and have paid the required fee to participate in a class
Early registration is advised to ensure that a class will be held.
Cash, check, MasterCard or VISA are all accepted. Mail-in or faxed registrations must be sent with payment or an authorized credit card number.
A full refund or credit will be issued if the participant withdraws the first day of class, or if the recreation department cancels a class.
A partial or pro-rated refund or credit will be issued if the participant must withdraw because of injury or illness. Other special circumstances may be considered.
