COUNCIL MEETING

Mayor Pro Tem Teeples presided.

No citizens spoke at open forum.

On motion by Teusch second by Bunkers, the Council approved the following consent agenda: November 13, 2007 Council Minutes; plumber’s permit for Bergman Plumbing, Inc. Fort Dodge, Iowa; and payment of $1,000 to American Athletic, Inc. for their completed Neighborhood Improvement Project.

RESOLUTION NO. 37-07
On motion by Hertel second by Figenshaw, the Council approved Resolution No. 37-07, a resolution approving setting a Public Hearing for December 11, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. for the tax abatement incentive.

RESOLUTION NO. 38-07
On motion by Bunkers second by Figenshaw, the Council approved Resolution No. 38-07, a resolution approving Plat of Survey for Lynn and Ellanita Menz at 807 W. South St.
