RESOLUTION NO. 31-07
On motion by Bunkers second by Teusch, the Council approved the following consent agenda: September 11th and September 19th Council Minutes; Resolution No. 31-07, a resolution approving FY 2006-2007 Road Use Tax Report; and approval of Class B Beer Permit for Greene County Pheasants Forever #104.

Rick Morain, President of Greene County Development Corporation, and Jason White, Midwest Partnership Executive Director, gave a quarterly update on GCDC and Midwest Partnership activities. On motion by Hertel second by Teeples, the Council approved the quarterly funds to Greene County Development Corporation.

Craig Hertel, Councilman, and Greene County Extension Director gave a presentation of the water and sewer survey results. Additional work will continue with the data from the survey and an additional report will be made to the Council.
City Engineer Milligan reported the lift station is complete for Bauer addition. Testing of the pumps still needs to be done. Work will begin this week on the sidewalks at Lincolnway and Grimmell.
City Administrator Hailey reported the Park and Recreation Director applications were extended until September 28th.
There being no further business the Council agreed to adjourn.
