SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 19, 2007

3:00 P.M.

PRESENT: Teeples, Bunkers, Teusch, Hertel, Figenshaw
ABSENT: None

Mayor Madson presided.

On motion by Hertel second by Teusch, the Council approved a contract with HR-One Source for $6,500 to conduct a search for a new City Administrator.

AYE: Teeples, Hertel, Teusch, Figenshaw, Bunkers
NAY: None

On motion by Hertel second by Bunkers, the Council approved naming Diane M. Kennedy as Interim City Administrator starting October 27, 2007 at an additional $1,200 per month until the starting date of a new City Administrator. If Ms Kennedy has vacation days remaining on April 1, 2008 she may carry them over and use them after April 1, 2008 or choose to be compensated for those remaining vacation days on April 1, 2008.

There being no further business the Council agreed to adjourn.
