1. CALL TO ORDER:

1. OPEN FORUM:  This is a time for any concerned citizen to speak to the  

Council on an item that is not on the agenda.

1. CONSENT ITEMS:

1. 4/10/18 regular Council meeting minutes.
2. Salaries for 2017 calendar year.
3. Doc’s Stadium Bar and Grill. Class C Liquor License.
4. Dale Morlan - $7.75 – will be working almost exclusively outside.
5. Joe Benson - $7.50 – will be working mostly inside.
6. Set Public Hearing for 2017-2018 budget amendments.

1. NEW BUSINESS:

1. Consider approval of resolution of 2018 amendment to urban renewal plan for Jefferson Urban Renewal Area.
2. Consider approval of Plat of Survey Parcel “A” Lot 1, Copeland Addition.  Attached is the plat of survey for a piece of property that would be sold to Mike and Angie Healy.
3. Consider approval of Hotel/Motel Tier III funds for Smithsonian Exhibit.
4. Consider approval of purchase of body cameras for the Jefferson Police Department.
5. Consider approval of Work Order No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract for Engineering Services for Jefferson Airport.
6. Staff presentation of second phase for downtown façade program.
7. Discussion of house rehabilitation
