NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution setting a public hearing to commence a public improvement project to
acquire property for the runway protection zone of runway 32. Dustin Leo from Synder and Associates will be at the meeting to overview the process.
B. Review of 5/2/12 Board of Adjustment Decision. On Wednesday, 5/2/12, the Board reviewed an application from Chad and Vicky Olson to reduce the required front yard setbacks from 30 feet to 12 feet for the purpose of adding an attached garage to their house located at 1105 North Walnut. As per ordinance, the decision of the Board is brought before the City Council.
C. Approval of Neighborhood Improvement Incentive Program demolition reimbursement of $9,000 to Thomas Jefferson Gardens for building removals. The reimbursement is for the removal of three buildings at 109 S. Chestnut Street.
D. Approval of pay estimate #1 ($68,255.21) to Wicks Construction for downtown restoration project.
E. Resolution awarding sale of $2,340,000 of General Obligation Bonds.
F. Early Learning Center presentation.
